All products sold by Senovia Research, LLC are provided strictly for Research Use Only (RUO).

Products are not intended for human or veterinary use, including but not limited to consumption, administration, injection, topical application, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or condition.

None of the products offered by Senovia Research have been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human or animal use.

By purchasing from Senovia Research, the purchaser represents and warrants that they are acquiring products solely for lawful laboratory research, analytical testing, or in-vitro experimental purposes.

2. Age Requirement

3. Product Information & Intended Use

4. Testing & Certificates of Analysis (COAs)

All products distributed by Senovia Research have been third-party tested by the original manufacturing vendor prior to distribution.

Senovia Research does not conduct independent third-party laboratory testing in-house.

Vendor-issued Certificates of Analysis (COAs) documenting third-party testing are available upon request, subject to availability.

5. Ordering & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped, unless otherwise stated as a pre-order.

Senovia Research reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected misuse, non-compliance with RUO requirements, or fraudulent activity.

6. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are clearly identified on the website.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Delivery timelines may vary

• Orders may take up to 21–30 days to ship after the pre-order window closes

• Pre-orders are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law

Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines provided are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond Senovia Research’s control, including supplier delays, testing timelines, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Senovia Research is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.

Risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Returns, Refunds & Chargebacks

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not accepted except in cases of:

• Incorrect item shipped

• Damaged items upon arrival (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account termination and refusal of future service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senovia Research shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or misuse of products purchased from this website.

16. Analytical Testing Variability & Fill Tolerances

Due to the nature of Research Use Only (RUO) materials and the analytical methods used in third-party laboratory testing, minor variations in reported purity, concentration, and fill volume may occur. All Certificates of Analysis (COAs) provided are issued by the original manufacturing vendor and reflect results obtained using industry-standard analytical techniques at the time of testing. Such methods inherently allow for acceptable margins of variance, including but not limited to:

• Minor differences between reported and observed purity values

• Analytical measurement tolerances

• Batch-to-batch variability

• Overfill or underfill within industry-accepted laboratory tolerances

Fill volumes and material quantities are measured according to manufacturer standards for research materials and may include slight overfill or underfill without affecting the intended research classification or integrity of the product.

Senovia Research does not guarantee absolute numerical equivalence between analytical results and independent third-party testing conducted after distribution. Researchers acknowledge and accept that analytical variability is a normal and expected aspect of laboratory testing and does not constitute a defect or misrepresentation.

Products are not sold by therapeutic dose or clinical measurement and are not intended for human or veterinary application.
